1221 Ocean Avenue is pleased to announce The Outdoor Living Room is now open. This plaza level open air social and relaxation space offers a linear fire table and T.J. Dixon & James Neslon water sculpture. The Outdoor Living Room provides an intimate and secluded gathering space and is located outside the new 1221 Lounge. It is available on a reservation basis to 1221 Ocean Avenue Residents for their entertainment and business events.
